Justice, Access, and Migration

This thesis will explore normative philosophical debates surrounding the rights of immigrants in host countries. It can argue for or against certain dispensations and/or institutional arrangements for immigrants.

Possible questions: What are the moral rights of immigrants? What are these rights grounded in? What duties correlative to the rights of immigrants do states incur?
